Why Did You Want to Become a Dentist?
Originally from Wilmington, Delaware, Dr. Reed earned his bachelor's degree from Towson University before continuing his education at Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry, where he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Throughout his career, he has remained committed to expanding his knowledge and staying current with the latest advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
Where Did You Study Dentistry?
Dr. Reed is an active member of several respected professional organizations, including the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Academy of General Dentistry, the New Hampshire Dental Society, and Spear Education. He is also certified in both laser dentistry and CAD/CAM technology, allowing him to incorporate modern techniques and innovative technology into his patient care whenever appropriate.
One of Dr. Reed's favorite aspects of dentistry is that every patient presents a unique opportunity to solve a different challenge. He enjoys the investigative side of the profession, working closely with patients to identify the best treatment options and create lasting solutions that improve both oral health and confidence. Whether performing routine preventive care or more comprehensive restorative treatment, he believes in taking the time to educate patients and ensure they feel informed and comfortable throughout every step of their care.
Outside of the Dental Office, What Do You Like to Do?
Outside of the office, Dr. Reed enjoys spending time with his wife and their growing family, as well as their five beloved cats. When he's not caring for patients, you'll often find him on the golf course or working in the garden. Before pursuing dentistry, Dr. Reed was also a Division I distance swimmer during his freshman year of college—an experience that helped shape the discipline, perseverance, and commitment he brings to both his professional and personal life.
